The firm
A practice this size doesn't get to hide behind a brand. So here's who you'd actually work with, what we believe, and the work we deliberately don't take.

Bar admissions: Washington State Bar; United States District Court, Western District of Washington; United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court
CharterPoint exists because of a gap we kept watching hurt good companies. They were too real for templates and too early for the in-house seat, so the stretch in between got served by hourly counsel priced for questions they already knew to ask. The point of scale deserves a legal model built for it, so we built one.
What we believe
Diagnose before prescribing.
Document in real time.
Plain language is a professional obligation.
Nobody can promise you an outcome, including us.
Build to hand off.
What we don't do
No litigation, though we do manage the litigators who run it for you. No patent prosecution, no tax opinions, no audits or certifications; when you need one of those, we'll point you to who does it. And no promises about outcomes, which any honest lawyer will tell you too.
The standards page lays out how we run our own practice: our security, how we use AI, how long we keep your files. We hold ourselves to the same things we'd advise you to do.
Our standards →Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
You talk, we diagnose. You leave with the two or three exposures worth addressing first, along with a straight answer on whether you need counsel now, including "not yet."
